History: Helja hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Helja was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: Oren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

History: Sarah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Sarah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She tends to her Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern
