Description: She wears tan trousers with brown and black striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'10" when asserting herself. Her silver hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Meriele grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Meriele. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Map Maker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by her family; and to unite with her brother

Description: She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her hair is black and curly. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she wants revenge against brigands

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears his red crest down. His eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is red and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.
