History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bethrynna grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). Being a Masseuse kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: 5'6" and muscular, this eastern man is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Akmen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Akmen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She is fixated on the number 39. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tervaround studied abroad. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has achieved small success as a Miner.

Motivation: Expand her business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trail grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trail. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: The child of a Banker, who enjoyed hunting, Pûgrish was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. After a long history of fighting, Pûgrish and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is greedy; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by his family
