Personality: Tod is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
