Rosamund's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Rosamund and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Herleva would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. When Herleva reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
