Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His black crest is long and unkept. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Miner arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
