History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but she was a colossal failure. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Slave Trader responsibilities is difficult; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante mother left him crippled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he would like to get married and retire

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Gnome Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Pearl was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Bricklayer. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
