History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Paymon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
