History: Born to a Sailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Pennie has worked very hard to control her curse. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Lone is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Zook isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Herbalist, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and doesn't want to be a herbalist and was forced into it by his family
