History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lorm grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a grey coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon her head. Her white hair is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She got into the Healer business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Healer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Healer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is unsatisfied with her job
