History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a worn and beaten armor. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is dressed in an above average manner. His hair is auburn and very short. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This late middle aged man wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time and is in decent physical shape. His black fur is long and unkept. His eyes are copper and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Drifting is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Drifting enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Drifting never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: He stands about 3'1" and wears bulky red painted plate armor. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His brown hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Wiggan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Wiggan. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
