History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Lia was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Courier. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a Map Maker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with blue slacks, and he perpetually has his morningstar ready. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This tall, slender man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Anthony lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to be a mercenary again

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. She keeps her auburn hair in a flapper bob. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Helgret grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Helgret. She has worked as a Blacksmith like her mother before her.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
