Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Kelter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kelter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Verna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Gardener. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
