History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
