Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Sybil was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sybil decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
