From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: She stands about 5'9" and wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. She keeps her orange fur in a flapper bob. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His gray fur is braided into rings. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Body Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a black coat with green slacks. Her tied-back hair is blonde. Her green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Assassin work with an outfit from a few towns over. Assassin work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
