Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Blossom lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She found a children's book about a Halfling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
