Description: This malnourished woman wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. Her chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Rieta was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
