History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Brewer again.

History: Qemuel was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
