Personality: She is happy with her job as a Painter. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She uses divination through singing.

History: She comes from a rich western family. After coming to the age of reason, Jillian took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
