History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Shadow and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Spear was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a white deerstalker hat and white clothes and is in decent physical shape. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length blonde hair. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and money/treasure

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Traubon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Traubon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Traubon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
