History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Kasdeya was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kasdeya's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
