History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Williamina grew up listening to her father's many stories. Williamina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Williamina decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
