History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Alston's homeland. Alston decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Nala was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Spy. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
