History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears just a brown suit. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his long cinnamon fur kept up in a rat tail. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'3" when asserting herself. She keeps her golden hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A freak accident while working with her Dilettante mother left her crippled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Fortune-teller, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fortune-teller and was forced into it by her family.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She wears her chestnut hair down. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Havilar was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Miller. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Havilar was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.
