Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Traki will drive conversation. A true patriot, Traki would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Traki has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
