History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mara grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: Standing 6'1", this woman typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull blue iron scale mail. Her rusty crest is heavily combed to the left. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She's also a talented Banker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Performer business.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Grai enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She got into the Detective business at a young age. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the east to a Courier, Mastema learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Courier. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a tailor again
