Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Painter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to be a painter again

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Marbas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: Morkral speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
