Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Description: This woman wears a worn and beaten armor, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her white fur has been sun bleached extensively. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Skirt reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Hugolina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugolina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Seamstress, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around her ears. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She has no crest. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she's repulsed by the pc
