History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She takes great joy in being the best Armorer in town.

History: Breena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She struck the Armorer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Pikar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
