History: Chassath lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bellfounder. She has achieved small success as a Bellfounder.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He takes great joy in being the best Bricklayer in town.

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This woman dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with tan slacks, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her crest, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a worn and beaten armor. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shepherd but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
