History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Meriele was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Meriele took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greatsword and armor she uses now. She bought a greatsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Fenriz enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Fenriz was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Priest father left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Emmeline embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born in the south. Through the years after Emmeline was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Emmeline's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Melissa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and she is wracked by social anxiety
