History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Personality: Borun is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
