Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. His copper crest is knotted and matted. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Rathkran was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rathkran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Susannah's homeland. Susannah decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. She has slicked back brown hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the east to a Masseuse, Sariel learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Sariel was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Masseuse. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This malnourished woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She has wavy auburn hair. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nyx grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Astar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. After a long history of fighting, Astar and his spouse have recently divorced.
