History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to be a guard again

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, yellow shirt, and grey tie. Her fur, while still mostly yellow, has prominent grey streaks. Her copper eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cloud fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
