Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for her, and Helen does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has all her life been fascinated with dancing.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has achieved small success as a Spy.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Zog's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He takes great joy in being the best Fortune-teller in town.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends
