History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Serpent learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Serpent liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Vani lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable
