History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She takes great joy in being the best Mason in town.

History: Born in the south to a Mason, Yurgunn learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Yurgunn's homeland. Yurgunn decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard.
