Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Halander was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. History: Born to a Dilettante, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Paggen alone in the world.
