Description: A middle-aged man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and is pretty ugly. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His white eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'2". She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and her gloved hand is found clutching a halberd. Her long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Kristryd hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the north to a Mortician, Kristryd learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: Gale speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Gale was born with his mother's beautiful face. When Gale reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has styled his rusty crest well, parting it to the left. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ploughman but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Arjhan was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
