History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Vondal took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Nelkin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nelkin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against gnolls

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
