Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Verin embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'5". He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats, and his gloved hand is found clutching a glaive. His golden hair is knotted and matted. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Patrick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the west to a Mason, Patrick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Bather, but he got bored and became a Mason. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Gardain was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently the stress of being a Engraver has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hupe isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: He was born in the south. Hupe was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Laborer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor
