History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Quarion and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
