Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He tends to his Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Gifted from a young age, Markosian studied abroad. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Markosian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions
