History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Phelaia reached her early adolescence her Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phelaia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
