History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.

History: Gorga lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: He got into the Architect business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Knight, but he got bored and became a Architect. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bucklal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
