History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bûth studied abroad. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
