History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Veit was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Delg was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Phann lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
