Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Manfred never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
