Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She wears a colorful flower in her auburn hair. Her half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Ploughman. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jane is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the east to a Ploughman, Jane learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Melissa embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Leaf hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.
